1971 Skylark Convertible

I am rebuilding a 350 4bbl engine for a customer. He wants to know if the engine is numbers matching. I disassembled the engine and I am unsure if it is. Looking at your charts I have questions maybe someone can help me with.
The vin on the car is 444671H117495. If I am correct the casting number on the block is 1382201 with a M-16, on the front of the block under timing cover has 41H117495, is that a match to the vin number?

The head casting numbers are, Right and left are B123472 one has a M-16 and the other M-4
The exhaust manifolds are, Left 1234655 and the right is 1238336.
The intake manifold is number is B1236389 with M-1.
I would appreciate any information I can get so I can forward this to the owner.

Thank You

Yes, it is numbers matching as the engine serial number should be the same as the last part of the VIN.

444671H117495 = car serial number (VIN)
4 = Buick
44 = Skylark Custom
67 = 2-door convertible
1 = 1971
H = built at Flint, MI
117495 = sequential number, range for Flint built V8 cars was 100,001 to 217,402

41H117495 = engine serial number
4 = Buick
1 = 1971
H = built at Flint, MI
117495 = sequential number, range for Flint built V8 cars was 100,001 to 217,402
