engine codes for 1962 buick skylark????

i am in need of help i have 2 codes i cannot figure out. the first, HI114531, was upside down in front of the cylinder on the left side looking in. the latter,1349520, was pulled from the manifold. i looked but canot find any thing on it. the engine is a v-8 the air intake has a lable that says 190, it has me cornfuzed.... i would apreciate any info any one may be able to give me. it is a 215 Hi compression engine.
