decoding accessories

hello all I have been doing research on cowl tag and all I have in options is 1-9..
cowl tag reads ACC 1-9 does anybody know what these are. the car has p windows vac locks vac trunk p top day nite mirror
remote side mirror p seats a/c tilt side corner lites cruise cont . oh yeah 1965 wildcat convertible

I've seen this mainly on cars built at Kansas City, but I've never seen anything on how to decode it.

Yes Sean it is a Kansas City car. Could this have possible been built for an executive of sorts with all the options that the car has?

I don't think I would assume that, it's a Buick after all, and many came well equipped. I've see some KC cars that list the options as 2-17.
