I have an extra Transmission in the truck also.
I am new to this car and not sure what I have. I did notice it has 4 port holes and most pictures I find have 3.
tag on drivers door pillar says 16013474 , i haven't found any other tags yet.

The 4 holes indicate Roadmaster. Buick never used SCREWS for ID tags.

The number shown is a frame number and it fits in the 1950 range, but it won't tell you the car model. For that, you need the trim tag which should be under the hood on the passenger side cowl. It is probably a model 75R or 76R. See this link for more info:

Buick did infact use screws for frame number plates for at least 1941-1949, but they were for flat headed screw drivers, not philips. See this link (my post #8 has a few pictures but I have more):

If you look closely at the pictures I posted in the other thread, you will notice that some 1's are stamped using an I and some 6's and 9's are stamped using a b. This appears to be the case for your frame number tag as well. The first number is a 1 which stands for Flint, MI. So this car was built at Flint. The remaining numbers fall into the Flint range of 5,360,001 to 6,031,300.

Here is a picture from a 1949 and other than the screws, it appears to be the same.

I can only relate to my 52 Super but I have the frame number on the top of the frame in the area of the steering gear.
