Thanks Mat, those optional Rally wheels look good on any Riviera. They added about $90 dollars to the cost of a Riviera back then, and you could indeed have an 'original' tire on that spare. Double white walls were also popular around that time.
No, sorry, not hub caps, but center caps, below you have a picture. The only set of wheels I have for her are those beautiful Rally wheels, I have set of five including ful size spare. (and once I wasted opportunity to buy a nice set of four on a Pull-a-Part junkyard for about $15 each!!!) There is a funny thing about that spare, the tire is old, looks like was never on the ground (I don't know if it's factory or not) and it has double white wall, like opitonal Michelin tires for 1979 Lincoln Continental Mark V.

There was an article in the July 2011 Buick Bugle that shows a 1971 Riviera GS with dual stripe whitewall tires and a letter to the editor in the October 2011 Buick Bugle about a 1971 Riviera with the original spare that was also a dual stripe whitewall (note letter to editor states August 2011, but it is July 2011 for the article). The July 2011 article also says that the dual stripe whitewall was standard in 1971.

I just bought a set of 64 rally wheels from a 64 Cat owner that had the dual stripe snow tires. They were with his car and have been in storage for years. They were bought from a Buick dealer in LaSalle Il. H-70 X 15 Sonic Valley M&S. and my tire dealer said they were from the eary 70`s. I sold Chevys then(1972) and Radials just came out and we would take the new cars and have radials swapped to them. These tire have no cracks and alot better built tire than the new style.

Nice! I love those 71 Rivieras! I used to have 1971 Electra 225 4dr HT, it was an awesome ride! I bought it in LA and drove it cross country to NY, through Arizona, Colorado... it was two years ago, great memories!
I don't remember how my dual white wall look like, but I will post picture as soon as I will have my car shipped to Poland (I hope in 3-4 weeks).

This car has VERY FEW options;
1.it is a GS
2.it has bucket seats with full console
3.it has AM radio with manual antenna
4.it has speed alert
5.it has remote ouside drivers mirror
6.it has rear speaker
7.it has correct period chrome wheels, but I dont know if they were added later or not
in group5 'P' it would be nice to see what that is. Thanks All!

Thank you Randy and Sean. and referring to 'P' luggage light......it does have a trunk light and inside it has a switch for courtesy lights so maybe it is for Courtesy Lights.
