    Dr Frankenbuick Body Numbers

The information on the body plate : a Kansas City plate is-

    GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION
    03A 8292
    ST 66-44607 KAN 289 BODY
    TR 191 B F2 PAINT
    W 2XG 4F 5K

The STYLE , the BODY , the TR and the PAINT are the easy part to decipher . The 03A is suppose to be the date is it ? What are the next four numbers ? Then in the accessory line what does W 2XG 4F 5K translate into ? There is no acc. prefix on the plate .
