A friend of my has a 76 century that his mother gave him. It changed hands a couple of times before she got it. She told him it was a pace car and it is equipped with the T tops and red wheels. It does not have the decals identifying it as a pace car though. Is there any way to determine for sure if its a pace car? Any way to determine the value either way? Will the VIN identify it?
