263 Engine Rebuild

Hello guys,
I have a 1951 Buick with a 263 engine and I'm rebuilding the car completely stock. With that said, can anyone tell me where to buy the orginal engine paint? My car is a 1951 48D series. When I pulled out my engine it was all black and I though they were blue.
Also I need to make sure my engine is a 263 I'm 99% sure but how can I tell?
Where do you get all of your engine parts?
1. Push rods
2. .30 over pistons and rings
3. lifters
4. new cam bearings, and crank bearings etc ...

I've been buying at Bob's Buick but is there any other cheaper places to go?

I found Terrill Machine 254-893-2610 and they are cheaper than's Bob's.
