I believe the fork is supposed to ride in the groove of the bearing. It looks as though your fork is not riding in the groove, but, it may just be the picture.

I'm here asking for all your guys help. I've been dealing with this issue for a while. So I have 1953 Buick special 263 inline 8. I completely rebuilt all things mechanical. My car was driving till my clutch gave out. So I put my new clutch. An the throw out bearing they sold me fried my new clutch. So I went an got my clutch rebuilt again. An I put the original bearing back. I turned it on today and tried to put it into gear. When I press the clutch pedal in and try to put it into gear. It sounds like it wants to starts grinding. Alot of people have told me it could be the adjustment rod but I adjusted it already. To where the throw out bearing in close to pressure plate but not touching when not engaged.. can you post me pictures of your guys linkage. I don't quite understand why it doesn't go into gear. If before the clutch gave out it worked fine. Please help

What groove? The fork has 2 teeth that the throw out bearing snap onto? Mine is like the pictures here
Your original picture looked as though the fork was not sitting correctly but the last picture of your throw out bearing shows it is. It clips into the bearing. Is this the same throw out bearing shown in your first post? It looks to be different. At this time, I don't know what might be incorrect that is causing the trouble.
Clutch disc upside down? It's happened before..
The clutch release bearing in the second photo appears to be much longer than in the first.
