    Pipe from oil draine plug?

    Hi,

Anyone know where the pipe from the oil draine plug goes? I have never seen it on any other motor before.

    tubing

What does the other end look like? I have never seen this, but have an idea, depending on the other end of the tubing.

That is because it was owner-installed. It is not a factory part. Given the angle on the tubing, it wouldn't be possible to drain the oil by gravity, but it might work with a suction pump.

That is what I was thinking, Ray. I have , in the long distant past, used a suction pump to "drain"oil from some engines. Perhaps a previous owner became tired of crawling underneath the car.
