    1948 320cid cylinder head

HI, My name is Randy. I have a 1948 Roadmaster with a 320cid engine and solid lifters. The cylinder head on my engine is damaged and I would like to know if I can use a head from a later 1948 320 engine with hydraulic lifters.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks, Randy
