1950 Buick Super Door Hinge screws stripped

Stripped a few screws while getting the doors off. Does anyone know where I can get replacements?...........or am I "screwed"?

If you're talking about the 5/16" coarse Philips screws, they are common. If you get replacements from the builders, they probably won't have Philips heads, but...

If you know where there is any GM parts car, it will almost certainly have what you want. The same for decades!

I recommend using an impact driver for removing those old bolts. Very seldom do you strip the heads and the impact just busts things loose. Sears has good ones at a reasonable price.
