hello and vin.

hey everyone!
I have a 1975 buick lesabre custom convertable. I was looking into my vin today and i couldn't find any site that helps so i hope you guys can. The vin number starts with 4p67 all the sites that i have found have a 4bp67 my tag doesn't. does anyone know a reliable site to help.

all the sites that i have found have a 4bp67



the "b" comes from the trim tag and designates the body style / size of the car. if you notice, Electras are "4c", the Regal is "4a", etc. these correspond to "A-body", "B-body" and so on.

on the other hand, any site showing the "b" as part of the VIN decoding is clearly off their rocker. the official GM VIN cards show it your way:
