How about transplanting in a supercharged 3800 from a 2000 or 2001 Regal or Park Ave Ultra?

FWD cars do not respond that well to perfomance mods. You might actually get it into to 14's....if you spend enough.

You're not the only crazy one out there Mr. RCFreak69. I got a 1991 Buick Century and I've been tryin' to get more hp out of it too. It is very hard to find any parts for my 3.3, especially bolt-ons. So far I had my exhast and intake done with a K&N airfilter, high flow cat and a Flowmaster DeltaFlow 40 series 2 chamber muffler. I recently installed an MSD DIS-4 ignition with MSD 8mm wires to Bosch platinum4 spark plugs. For my transmission I put in the B&M shift improver for firmer shifts along with B&M's synthetic tranny fluid. Superchips sells chips for late model Buicks. They have one for your leSabre that puts out approximately 15hp. Try looking it up. You probably won't be able to find headers for your model so you might want to look into getting custom made headers. It can get kind pricey at appox. $900 but it's well worth it. If you can't find any aftermarket heads, you could have them ported and polished for about $600-$800. Or if you want to really get your hands dirty and go all out, you could have your block bored out. If you can take out the block yourself, you're looking at about $300-$400. But then you'll have to change your pistons and everything else. But whatever you do, don't get desperate and hit the blue bottle.
    And the collection continues...
