Hello! I have a 1960 Buick Electra 225 that I bought recently. I have found out that two of the manifold vacuum hoses on that 401 Nailhead engine are not connected to anything. They both go of the triple fitting on the intake manifold just in front of the carburetor. Where should they go? There is a vacuum switch on the top of the fuel filter that is not connected to anything so maybe one vacuum hose should go there? But what about the second one? I also found that on the firewall on the passenger side there is a switch connected to vacuum diaphragm, but the switch has no vacuum source. Should it be connected to that second manifold vacuum?
