Will a head off of a 51 buick 263 from a manual tramsmission car fit a 263 motor from a 51 buick with dyna flow transmission?

Yes, but you will have to swap the Dynaflow rocker arm assembly over to the manual head. Oil for the hydraulic lifters is fed through the pushrods and the manual rockers are missing the oil passage that you need for this.

Btw, if you have the rest of the manual engine, I think we have someone here who would be interested in the crank. Please let me know if you want to sell it (either the crank or the whole engine) and where you are located.
