Some of what you're requesting will depend on what you want to do about the air cleaner. The original AFB's have a smaller opening than the aftermarket ones. The kickdown linkage for your transmission (if you have the original Dynaflow) is mechanical. The easiest thing to do would to be to find an AFB from a 59 - 63 engine; your stock aircleaner will fit. Another option would be to use an aftermarket AFB and fit an OE top to it; this will also allow you to run the original air cleaner. If the air cleaner is not part of the equation, you can run any square bolt carb. Nailheads like lots of carburetion so anything up to 750 cfm would suffice. The original AFB was 625 cfm. At least you're not messing with the accelerator start found on earlier models.
