Correct oil dipstick for a rear sump pan ?

I've changed the oil pan on my 65 401 from a center sump pan to a rear sump pan, now i need to know if my original dipstick will read correctly.does the rear sump oil pan have the same capacity as the center sump pan ? If a different dipstick was used on the rear sump pans does anyone have the part number? Thanks for your time !

The capacity would be the same. To check your stick, drain your oil and filter. Fill with 5 quarts of oil, start the engine for a minute, then shut it off. The oil level will be where the full line should be.
