Wiring Harness??

Does anyone know if there is a company making complete engine wiring harnesses to assist in the install of a 3.8l turbo into a vehicle not originally equipped with such? The goal is to put a fuel injected turbo engine into my '62 Special. I do have the opportunity to purchase an '85 turbo engine, but the wiring harness has been hacked. I'm still more then likely going to pick up the engine, harness or not. Thanks for the help.
