I used one of those chev chrome brackets and redrilled the factory generator mount works great cost about $10.00. used adjuster strap from water cross over manifold top bolt. Mad wiring has a kit to wire it correctly so you won't back feed power and not be able to shut of engine. Mine is a 56 special with 322
