Hi , as I mentioned here earlier, I own a Buick Riviera GS 1966, whose original carburetor has been replaced by a Carter AFB.
I therefore purchased a rebuilt Rochester Quadrajet , the exact model for the Riviera Gs this year, bearing the identification number 7026240 .
I am facing a problem regarding the fitting of the carburetor: the different connections including vacuum ports are not placed in the same place, I do not know what should be plugged into the intake manifold, and where the hose connects of the PCV valve.
On the other hand I must restore the original configuration of the throttle and the kickdown linkages and connections to supply fuel, and again I do not have any manual editing.
I am looking for all documents (schematics, detailed photos,installation manual ) , that can allow me to properly perform the installation. Thanks to you all. Bertrand.

Hi , i own the chassis service manual, but it gives no indication of assembly , does not explain where the plug vacuum, etc.. I need detailed diagrams showing the various connections. Can you tell me what is the purpose of the vacuum break diaphagm ? Thank you . Bertrand ;
