I tink a leak down test is in order to see where the compression loss is originating.
my lifters and pushrods look good but I have bad compression in 1 cylinder. There shooting oil and operational. Any ideas?

Dude, This is the third time you have asked the same question and have gotten the same answer. You need to do a leak down test to see where you are loosing compression. I would bet a dollar that you have a broken or burned piston like you were told in the other two posts. The reason that the oil is coming up around the bolts holding your sheet metal on is because you have the one cylinder not holding compression. The pressure is blowing down into the crankcase and pressurizing the inside of the engine. The pressure is trying to get out wherever it can and it's blowing oil out with it. Pull the head and take a look.
