Any 70 year 455 would add a lot.
But since this year car may be subject to some sniff tests in various states I would think about just trading it for another car with more performance.
What can i add to a buick Regal 19993 so i can get more horsepower???

You can replace your engine with a 3.8 V6 with Supercharger and matching trans. from same year Buick , Pontiac "C" body car with front wheel drive .
You will need the wiring harness and computer from the same car . HTH

would any pontiac type C fit on the buick???
You could swap in either a Series I or Series II supercharged 3800 and still keep it emissions legal (even in CA).
Being a 93 model, you'll need to find a 93-95 Series I L67 engine, tranny, wiring & ECM. Get one from an Ultra Park Ave, Bonneville SSEi, Olds LSS, or SC Riviera (95).
The other option, which gives more power, is the Series II L67 swap. Can be found in the above models from 96 & up, and also the Pontiac GTP or Regal GS.
I think the engine/trans mounts might be easier to use from another W-body (GTP or GS). But, you don't need to limit your search to just those engines.
honestly i had tunned up my buick in few cheap ways.... but it did cause a gas line to clog up and it backed fire and ended up burning the harness.... i had it were i was racing a Mustang V6, Nissan Sentra sports edition forgot which one, Honda Civic Si, and i was able to beat them by a little bit.... i want more power cause im tired of ppl saying that i win by luck.... so im looking for any kind of engine that could help me out and that can take the heat...
