My 69 Skylark Custom

I reside in southern Ontario, Canada. I just picked this up, and is currently in the shop for a certification. It has had a restoration done about 10 years ago. Not the best but it is a great 10 footer...It was done as a GS, Baldwin Motion theme. Has a 350, with a 4 barrel intake and period correct 4 barrel Rochester...A TH400 automatic. The car is around 95% complete with just an odd thing that needs replacing or added. It needs tires, exhaust, and minor frame repair. It will be on the road around the middle of July. I am excited to get it home so I can play with it. It is now about 2 hours away at a family members garage. I am here for inspiration, some know how and some fellowship.

Thanx for looking

Very nice car you have there, I see potential. The "custom" badges on the front fenders don't belong there and whatever is on the sides of the hood are also gratuitous and I would lose them if you're into originality, but that's a minor point. Red bucket interior with pwr. windows would make that car a rare ride. Shouldn't have too much trouble finding the armrest. Welcome to the heard!!

Thanx....I figured that about the badging. The ones on the hood say "Streetmachine" ....lol
Don't see many Skylarks around anymore.

Take your time with it and don't be afraid to ask questions. My Wildcat is a good 20 footer with original sunbaked paint, dents and scratches and I never have to get stressed if it's in a parking lot.
