Which is the best for low to midrange torque? Got a 462, trying the 500-550hp+ range. Still trying to stay under the torque limit for a stock iron block without girdle....

Which is the most "bang for the buck" and better (if money is not an issue) cam?

You'll never get anywhere near 500HP without good head flow, either ported iron heads or aluminum heads. The cam is the last thing you pick. There is no torque limit for what you want to build.
