Firing Order 1966 340

I can't seem to get this darn thing timmed!! I also have had a tough time finding the proper firing order for this engine as well. i have read three different firing orders in three different places. Can somebody help me get a straight answer? Also I am looking for a shop manual to match that engine, if anyone has one for sale.

The firing order in 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 This is the firing order for almost all of GM's V-8's. Keep an eye on E-bay and you will surely find a manual.
