so far as i know, small block Buick / early v6 casting numbers are VERY spotty. i've never seen what i would consider even a halfway decent source for them.
see if you can find the two letter engine code or even the EIN variation on the VIN number. that would give us a year to start from.

also keep in mind, Kaiser / Jeep were actually manufacturing and OEM installing this engine from ~1967 to 71. that's probably why the Buick v6 is in that old Jeep in the first place, the last guy knew that it was used as a Jeep factory engine and there's at least some support for it over among the Jeep community.
if it's part of the Kaiser production run we're not going to have ANYTHING on this web site so far as casting numbers or engine codes go. you'll have to see if you can find a Jeep specialist who's keeping a list.
