I have a 1964 lesabre ..it has the 300 ..I am having a overheating problem..replaced radiator with one from SUMMIT RACING....still overheating..I think the head gasket is probably blown.....I would like a little more HP in this car...just curious if I could simply drop a Chevy 350 I have in my garage into this car.......any problems with exhaust or tranny hookup ????..or any other unseen problems...and if there is aproblems ..what should I put in... it has the 300 CI and superturbine 300...thanks in advance

Chev engine won't mate to the ST300 trans. Also if both engines are stock you won't notice a hellofalot of difference in performance. Motor mounts are also different, I think.
Starter motor on the sbc is on the opposite side of the block, you'll need to rewire. Consider putting a 401/425 with a ST400 trans in your LeSabre, that's what Buick did; except they called it a Wildcat.
