I don't know about the disc brakes, but I definitely like a heavier front sway bar and a rear sway bar.

I'm looking at their 4 wheel disc brake conversion for my 72 skylark convertible, I'm currently rebuilding the front end over the winter. I ordered a front end rebuild kit from POL, they have good parts and good prices. My skylark already has disc brakes on the front, I was originally looking to upgrade the rotors and replace the spindles but the pricing on the kit makes it pretty tempting for what you're getting. If anyone has feedback about POL kits they'd like to share I'm happy to hear it.
