    vacume pump

    ok question I have to put in a vacume pump for my brakes big cam .now because my engine vacume is low to can I just tee of the electric pump for the brakes for the engine ?I know it will run for ever but im have no leaks and only pulling 14 on the engine vacume and that is full manifold.

    Does your pump have identified inlet and outlet connections? If yes, connect the inlet to the booster and the outlet to the intake manifold (or carb) wherever the booster originally connected. You definitely do not want to tee the pump into the existing line from the engine to the booster.
