    74 2 barrell 455 carb and intake

I have a carb and intake off of a 74 455, I have the whole engine, the 2bbl set up was only on one year 1974 only, just wondering if anyone know if its worth anything. I have no use for it and heard its pretty rare.

    it is extremely rare.

on the other hand, i've never heard of anyone besides myself who was even slightly interested in it. and the only reason i was interested was that there was a possibility that that a 2v designed intake might work better with a 2v than a 4v intake with an adapter plate.

and the only reason i was using a 2v was due to rules ...

Thanks Bob, I know its only wanted by someone who is restoring a buick or for a stock car, I would like to see it get used by someone. I even have the air cleaner as well as the carb. I just wanted to let everyone know I have one available.I dont want it to go to the scrap bin

I saw one once, and wish I'd grabbed it up. It's now been melted down

I couldn't let that happen to this one, I guess it can be another piece of wall art for my garage.
