350 Intake manifold questions

I got a 4bbl intake for my 1972 350 2bbl. The intake has a casting # 1249169 I think it is off a 1975 350. Would there be any problem putting this on my 1972? I was reading something about newer models have an extra water passage or something like that.
Is that something I have to address?
Any advice would be helpful..

I can only repeat the answer that I gave to your earlier post. 350 intake manifolds fit all 68-81 engines

If you have a specific concern that isn't satisfied, you might want to post the question again in the small block, V-6, and Rover V-8 forum.

Thanks raycow, I was in contact with TA and was told that their manifold worked but wouldn't confirm on the stock GM manifold. So I was looking to hear from someone who knows before I spend time and money on this stock manifold that I have.
