1967 buick skylark frame pads rebuild in san diego

hi TeamBuick i need help with a couple things, have a 1967 skylark i want to put a 430 block into but having a hard time finding the frame pads i need for the larger motor mounts.
Also, would like to know if anyone knows a reputable shop to rebuild my block and update oil system since it is out of a 1969 electra. Thanks TeamBuick
