Question 70 GS455 front rotor replacement

How do I best install the inside wheel bearing seal on the one piece rotor and hub, does the seal need to be pressed in or can it be tapped in with block and mallet? Suggestions?

You can tap it in until it is flat with the surface. Tap lightly.
