the best compliment I get is no one notices that they are custom headers

Kooks Kustom Headers sell flanges and a kit to boot. Remember there two different types of headers, Street and drag race. My uncle had them make a set for his 350 Buick and there beyond awesome looking. Good job on your headers. You only needed tighter bends in your pipe selection and you would'nt have to modify them. There is a kit that is plastic piece's except for the flange and when your done writing all the curve numbers and straight piece numbers per side, send the list in to the manifacture and they send you your pipes in the same exact number order and curve number order and you have to assemble them together. Check it out. http://www.icengineworks.com/icewmain.htm I hope this will better you in the future.

lol @ build for you - the point of the post was to encourage you to do it... building headers is not a complex or particularly difficult task. It requires a welder, some method of cutting the pipe, and a few hours in the garage building them.

Interesting, I didn't know that there was company out there that bent the tubes after you do the lego building.... it's an interesting idea, but I wonder at how large the marketplace is for such help.

on my wish list is a way of bending the tubes myself....
