    Smile 455 rebuild

Hi all, I have a standard bore Buick 455 with .005" wear;Have sonic tested it, & it's proved to be a good sound block; Does anyone have, or sell, or know of +.020" forged or hypereurectic pistons,as I'd rather not waste boring out to +.030" & losing that much metal if I don't have to?

Also, I have a .030" under 455 crank, & it needs a regrind; Does anyone supply .040" under main & big end bearings? If so,I'll keep it
    thanks,KiwiJeff

    TAPerformance.com is your friend.

I've no experience with running 455 Buick pistons (not completely accurate but close enough), but I have a friend who raced them for more than a decade; and he is adamant about NOT using hyperuetetic pistons, rather spend the little bit extra and getting forged pistons.
