    Msd wires

Just wondering what part no msd wires ya'll have been using looking to replace my hei wires with something newer

I went with the red "universal" V8 HEI set for my 455, and the black set with my V6 GN.

When you make your own ends, you can arrange the wires so that the MSD text is facing "down or away", if you don't want all that MSD advertising screaming at you.
They will fit neater and better if you use the universal kit. Just measure 2X, and cut once.

FWIW, use dielectric grease. I've never had a plug wire terminal end pull off the wires at the spark plug ends.

    good luck,
    ElectraJim
