Hi I have a 67 Buick Electra 4 door. The top of my Fan shroud is cracked and I live in Illinois is there anyone out there that has a nice one? Or know of any place that has one? Or if any aftermarket ones will fit? I dont care if its original or what as long as it looks presentable.

Give me the approximate dimensions of the chip.

the fan shroud came off a 1966 lesabre with 400 engine, from my buick experience it should fit 1966-1968 when they statrted using the wider radiators. the fan shroud measures 28 " wide 22" tall and 2 3/4" deep. the fan opening is 20 1/2 inches. there are two slots at the bottom and one bolt hole at top. i can't guarantee it will fit.

i don't think it likely.
true 400ci production didn't start until 1967. yes, i know the Le Sabre has a "400" in it but that's actually just a marketing ploy. if you look closely you'll see that it's a 401ci Nailhead with the distributor in the back next to the firewall. the reason is that prior to 1970 GM had a corporate policy where they did not permit displacements larger than 400ci in mid-size or smaller cars ( excepting the Corvette of course ). so Buick rounded down and relabeled the existing Nailhead a "400" rather than design something new.
the "400" you're thinking of is a true Buick Big Block design with the distributor at the front of the block and you can swap parts with any 400, 430 or 455 from 1967-1976. 400 / 430 production is from 1967-1969 with the balance all being 455's.
