If they have the stock valves in them then you should have no problem. You will want to doulble check the cylinder diameter and the valve width measurement just in case you get odd heads that may have the bigger valves in them.

just in case you get odd heads that may have the bigger valves in them
by which, Troy means "Stage 1" heads. just so you know that, if you have them, you aren't exactly stuck with a pair of sows ears. they just likely won't be the best performers for you due to the valves being shrouded by the narrow diameter bores of the 400.
