Restoring my 58 Buick Special and need help with wipers. Missing washer fluid reservoir and not sure if wiper motor is a vacuum or 12 v system.

The wiper motor is covered in the1958 Body Manual. We have it CLICK HERE
The wipers appear to be vacuum. I suspect windshield washers were optional in '58, not mandated until the mid 60s.
Many cars were retrofitted with aftermarket options.
