I just came across this video with Buicks that had Hydraulics which is very rare. This video has two Buicks that appear to me that they are 1963 Specials which my understanding do not have a full frame. A vehicle with Hydraulics correctly done will need the frame to be boxed so it can take the loads of the Hydraulics. The boxing is adding of sheet metal that is welded and usually done with the body removed.
