What you are going to fit it to will make a difference. The '67 GS400 uses a Rochester and the Star Wars set up will not accept anything else if you are not adding some hood clearance.
If I was going to fabricate, I would look at Corvette Rochester bases to fit the carburetor, then hopefully fit it into the small air cleaner that the Star Wars takes.
If you have a modified Skylark with a Big Buick in it, the engine is usually lifted 1/2-3/4" in the engine bay which make hood clearance a bigger problem.
It would be an interesting project.
