Hello, If anyone is interested in this let me know. It is complete but a few of the letters have broken mounting studs. Cleaner base was powder coated, was painted to original color no cracks or missing pieces. The place went out of business that was restoring this for me and light sanded the top section to repair flaws but never finished it.. the bottom section is done.
