I need to remove my 1956 Buick Special Speedometer. It rolls to 100+ instantly. Anyone know how to remove these ? I've looked it over and it seems almost impossible. second, anyone know why its doing this, or if its fixable ? Thanks,

Here you go. 3" in the front, 2" in the rear ( rear bumper/gas tank/fuel Should even ride out more ) Sorry its so dirty, and the pics arn't the greatest. I haven't pulled it out since I finished painting it.
