Who would be a trustworthy vendor who knows the Nailhead and will get the model/size right the first time?
I have a 66' Skylark GS 401 w/ Auto Trans and the current "wrong" radiator has gone out (blowing steam out the top side) and in my searching can't figure out which vendors are legit.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit to add: The fan shroud is also the incorrect size and I was wondering if anyone has found replacements for that as well. Thanks

According to Hollander, your car should use the same rad as the '67. These are the only two Buicks to use that rad. The rad came in various thickness' to suit the engine application. Some Olds and Pontiacs used it too.
This probably doesn't help much but...

The 66 and 67 GS Skylark radiator are the same size, but the openings are reversed. The 66 Nailhead GS radiator has the lower opening on the left and the 67 GS has it on the right. The upper opening is on the right for the Nailhead GS and on the right for the left for the 67 GS. The 65 and 66 GS Skylark radiators are the same. I have always had original radiators re-cored so I am not sure who had a radiator for it. I had good luck with a Modine for my truck, but I don’t know if they carry older models.
