Gearbox REGAL 92

Hello .
So , I have a problem on my Regal Limited V6 1992.

When i want to stop and go away , my gearbox have some difficulties to select the 1st speed when my selector is on DD position . I must accelerate and after few seconds , the 1st speed transmission run and after all is ok for the second speed and more.
The problem is only when i want to Slow down at a STOP for example.
I have to change the selector position ( for example on N or R ) and reput on DD to have the 1er speed engaged normally.
There is no suspect noise in the gearbox !!!!

is it a electronical default ? a relay ??
