    Power Steering Screeching, Help

On my 1974 Century, the power steering screeches like crazy. It doesnt like to turn sometimes. I can see the belt skipping when i turn the wheel and look into the engine. What is the best way to deal with this?

assuming the fluid level is adequate, change the v belt, drain and flush the system. if the noise continues, rebuild or replace the pump.
