Mark,
If you find out which parts you need, let me know. I dont think there will be a big problem finding them.

Mark,
This got my interest. In the late '60s, we had a Swedish boat called a Coronet (built by Botved) with a Buick V6/Volvo. I wasn't aware that anyone had used the 300 V8 for marine application.... so, I went looking.
My guess is you have a '66 Evinrude Rogue. From the specs on the motor, it looks to be the base output 300 at 210 HP. I don't know if Buick made changes for the marine block casting, but basic parts shoud fit. I also discovered that the V6 marine engines were built by Kaiser under license from Buick. The automotive application used the Rochester 2CG carb, so maybe the Holly isn't original...
Anyway, parts are readily available. Not many performance aftermarket items, but stock stuff is available. Performance cams are available. Solid state ignition upgrades are available
Parts sources are pretty well summed up here: http://www.buickpartsdirectory.com/
Check 'Buick Farm' for used/nos, PAE and T/A for other parts.
Your engine will readily accept the '65 cast iron four barrel intake (only year). No aftermarket intakes are available.
Cheers,
JMC
Hey Guys
How U' Doin?
I do know that Gray Marine Engines used Buick Motors.
In fact the First Twin Screws that I'm aware of were Buick Nailheads that were retrofitted to turn clock wise and counter clock wise!
