I am as well looking for the best 350 1971 skylark performance camshaft but interested in where you got the 350 aluminum intake as well as the headers. Please respond.
Thanks!
I have a 77 Buick 350/th350 with 2.73 gears in my 79 Cutlass and am looking at putting a performance cam in it--what duration should I look for? The engine already has a 750 Holley, TA aluminum intake, and 1 5/8 Headers. I want something that works well on the street. I found a comp cams kit that has 218 deg int/exh at .50" lift--would that be too much? The advertised power band is 1500-5500. Any and all info would be helpful as well as experiences people have had with the various manufacturers (comp, crane, TA, Poston etc.)
