stamping error? defaced head? it should definitely have 7 digits and the last digit should definitely have a 6 as that was the only big block head for the 1970 model year.
and hey, take care of that motor, that's a real one year only power house you've got there. if you decide to build it up ask for ref's on the oil passage mods.
